Alloy Steel

Whether you have an application that involves heavy loading or looking for a specific material hardness – C.R.E.W. has worked with many different alloy steels such as 1045, 4140 or 8620. Alloy steels provide a higher yield and tensile strength. In addition, depending on the alloy steel, localized hardness can be achieved by flame or induction heat treating.
